This Privacy Policy regulates the way DATA MASTERS DOO Skopje (hereinafter: “Data Masters”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses the data collected by users (hereinafter: “user”) when visiting its website www.academy.datamasters.ai (hereinafter: “website”).

This privacy policy applies only to the specified website and does not apply to the personal data that Data Masters collects from its users in other ways.

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to personal data collected by other websites, which you may access through our website.

Definitions:

  1. Personal data” means any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person (personal data subject), and an identifiable natural person is a person whose identity can be established directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as name and surname, personal identification number, location data, online identifier, or on the basis of one or more characteristics specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

Personal data processing” means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, or a group of personal data, automatically or otherwise, such as: collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adjusting or change, withdrawal, consultation, inspection, use, disclosure through transmission, publication or otherwise made available, harmonized or combined, restricted, deleted or destroyed;
  3. Personal data subject” is a natural person – user of services and products of Data Masters whose data are subject to processing by Data Masters.
  4. Authorized person” is a person employed or hired by Data Masters who has authorized access to documents and information and communication equipment on which personal data are processed.
  5. Personal Data Protection Officer” is a person authorized by Data Masters to monitor the compliance of Data Masters operations with the regulations for personal data protection and with the adopted documentation for technical and organizational measures.

When you, as a visitor, fill out the form “Find out first about our trainings, Academy enrollment, discounts and news” or contact our employees through the social networks Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube or via the contact email info@datamasters.ai and in relation to your questions, requests and needs the following information may be requested:

  • Name, surname
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address.

The purpose of the processing of the stated data is communication with you by the employees of Data Masters in order to answer your questions and requests.

Your data is stored by Data Masters until the moment of withdrawal of your consent.

 

  1. When applying for a training, academy, course etc. through the web page academy.datamasters.ai

When applying for a training, academy, course or other program through the Data Masters website, you will be asked to enter the following information:

  • Name and surname
  • occupation
  • telephone number
  • e-mail address

The purpose of processing the above data is communication with you by the staff of Data Masters in order to organize and implement the training, academy, course or other program organized by Data Masters.

Your data is stored by Data Masters until the moment of conducting the training, academy, course or other program organized by Data Masters or until the withdrawal of your consent.

 

Manner of personal data collection

The data during your visit to the website and when using the service for applying for trainings, academies and courses are collected directly from you, in a way that you personally submit the data to us or automatically through the tool “Cookies” if you have agreed with it (Please read the Cookie Policy).

 

Manner of processing your personal data

Your personal data will not be processed for any purpose other than the purpose for which they were collected. The collected personal data are processed, mechanically and/or electronically, only by persons, employees/hired by the Controller who have access to them and who are authorized to perform analyzes, as well as in compliance with the principles of personal data processing of the  Law on Personal Data Protection.

Data Masters processes your personal data in accordance with the regulations for personal data protection of the Republic of North Macedonia, taking all prescribed technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality and protection in the processing of personal data available to it.

Data Masters also applies security measures when collecting, storing and processing information to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal data, as well as non-personal data stored on our site.

If you decide to withdraw your consent for processing of your personal data, your personal data will be deleted, except for personal data for which Data Masters has a legal obligation to keep within a legally prescribed period in accordance with the Law on Archive Material or other applicable law.

 

Categories of users of personal data

The personal data processing activities related to the Data Masters services are performed by the Data Masters employees responsible for these services or the persons in charge of performing the activities in question.

We do not share information about you and/or your visit to our website to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • In case of hiring service providers if Data Masters hires them as processors under an obligation to act according to the instructions of Data Masters and provide protection of personal data processed during the provision of those services.
  • At the request of a court, police or other authorities and bodies to exercise their powers and only if there is a legal basis for it.

Data Masters does not transfer your personal data outside the Republic of North Macedonia.

 

Period of keeping the data collected

The data we collect are stored in accordance with the law and the period required to achieve the purpose of processing determined in the (review) with deadlines for storage of personal data of Data Masters. 

 

Rights of the subject of personal data

Your rights regarding personal data processing are:

  • the right to be informed about the processing of personal data
  • right of access to personal data
  • right to correct and delete personal data
  • right to restrict the processing of personal data
  • right to object

Data Masters is obliged to respond to the request of the subject of personal data within 30 days from the day of receipt of the request. If Data Masters has once responded to the request of the subject, it is not obliged to respond again to the same or similar request, if in the meantime there are no changes in personal data, unless six months have passed from the date of submission of the previous request to the new request.

The given consent for processing of personal data can be withdrawn by you , the Subject,  at any time by sending a request for withdrawal of consent to aneta.stankovska@datamasters.co or to 21a, Partizanski odredi blvd., mezzanine, Skopje. Upon receipt of the request to revoke the consent, the personal data of the Subject will be deleted.

Right to file a request to the Personal Data Protection Agency

If you consider that the way Data Masters processes your personal data violates the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection, you can submit a request to the Personal Data Protection Agency as a supervisory body, in accordance with Article 97 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.

 

Amendment of the privacy policy

Data Masters reserves the right to amend or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing the updated version on the website www.datamasters.ai where it will be applicable and valid from the moment of its publication.

 

For what purposes is the collected data and information used?

Data Masters processes your personal data for:

  • enabling online use of our services, with the intention of improving the user experience by improving the quality of service to customers, i.e. more efficient response to your requests and providing the necessary support.

Data Masters uses the information it collects through the use of cookies (“cookies”), for re-marketing through Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager, i.e. for its own advertising on other websites that the user will visit, based on a previous visit to the website at www.datamasters.ai and consent is provided for this activity.

Google, Facebook, Instagram and other third parties, show AdWords or so-called “Ads” through various websites and applications that the user visits and uses. These “ads” are also based on previous user visits to the Data Masters website using cookies.

For example, when by visiting www.datamasters.ai the user was interested in a particular service or device without making a specific order, such activity generates information that may appear in the form of an ad on Google and Facebook and based to his/her previous interest, when visiting another website that also uses Google ads, the user may be presented with an ad for Data Masters or for the content he/she visited on the Data Masters page.
